We provide support to individuals within their own homes, both on a practical and personal care level, to enable them to maintain their own independence and lifestyle.  We can cater for adults over 18 and under 65 with sensory loss/impairment learning disabilities and mental health problems, and older people (65 years +) with Sensory loss/impairment learning disabilities and Mental health problems and/or dementia

We can help administer medication (pre-dosed)
We can help with bathing and personal care
We fulfil wherever practically possible, routines, rituals or visits to places the cared-for person needs to be to ensure life is fulfilling, as well as meeting their care needs – in many ways, from taking part in hobbies to joining their religious community. Image credit: Engin Akyurt

We have Welsh and English speaking carers (and assessors), who are all DBS checked and trained to a high standard.

We work to ensure that wellbeing needs are being met as well as day to medication, food and personal care needs being met.

Requirements can be changed and reviewed at any time throughout the care provision
